1.1 Terms of Service (TT Racing)
Applicability
These Terms of Service apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of products by TT
Racing, established in Dordrecht, Netherlands, to customers via the online store.
Prices and Payment
All prices listed on the website are in Euros (€) and are inclusive of Dutch VAT (BTW) unless
stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated and added during the checkout process.
Payment must be completed through the provided payment methods on our Shopify checkout
before products are dispatched.
Delivery and Shipping
TT Racing ships products to various countries. Delivery times are indicative. We pack all
high-precision CNC components and engines securely. TT Racing is not liable for delays
caused by postal couriers or customs processing for international shipments.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your
purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
● Custom-manufactured metal/aluminum CNC components made to your specific
dimensions or requirements.
● Products that have been installed, mounted, fueled, or operated (especially FSR model
engines, glow plugs, and fuel tanks).
● Items showing clear signs of use, tuning, or modification.
To exercise your right to return, the items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their
original packaging at your own expense.
Special Disclaimer: Racing and High-Performance Equipment
Our products (including but not limited to FSR boat racing engines, custom CNC propellers,
shafts, and clutches) are high-performance racing components designed for hobby and

competitive model sports. They operate under extreme conditions (high RPM, high heat, and
stress).
● TT Racing provides no warranty for damage caused by improper installation, inadequate
cooling, incorrect fuel mixtures, improper engine tuning, or crash damage.
● By purchasing, the customer acknowledges that operating high-RPM model boats carries
inherent risks, and TT Racing cannot be held liable for any physical injury, property
damage, or secondary damages resulting from the use or failure of our products.
Governing Law
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the
competent court in the district of Rotterdam/Dordrecht, Netherlands.

2.1 Algemene Voorwaarden (TT Racing)
Toepasselijkheid
Deze Algemene Voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle aanbiedingen, overeenkomsten en
leveringen van producten door TT Racing, gevestigd te Dordrecht, Nederland, aan klanten via
de webshop.
Prijzen en Betaling
Alle genoemde prijzen op de website zijn in Euro's (€) en zijn inclusief Nederlandse BTW, tenzij
anders vermeld. Verzendkosten worden berekend en toegevoegd tijdens het afrekenen.
Betaling dient volledig te worden voldaan via de aangeboden betaalmethoden in de Shopify
checkout voordat de producten worden verzonden.
Levering en Verzending
TT Racing verzendt producten naar diverse landen. Levertijden zijn indicatief. Wij verpakken
alle hoogwaardige CNC-onderdelen en motoren uiterst zorgvuldig. TT Racing is niet
aansprakelijk voor vertragingen veroorzaakt door postbezorgers of douaneafhandeling bij
internationale zendingen.
Herroepingsrecht (Retouren)
Conform de EU-wetgeving voor consumentenbescherming heeft u het recht om uw aankoop
binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgaaf van reden te herroepen.
Uitzonderingen op het herroepingsrecht:
● Speciaal voor u op maat gemaakte metalen/aluminium CNC-onderdelen volgens uw
specifieke afmetingen of wensen.
● Producten die zijn geïnstalleerd, gemonteerd, van brandstof voorzien of gebruikt (met
name FSR-modelmotoren, gloeibougies en brandstoftanks).
● Artikelen die duidelijke sporen van gebruik, tuning of modificatie vertonen.
Om gebruik te maken van uw retourrecht, moeten de artikelen ongebruikt, onbeschadigd en in
de originele verpakking op eigen kosten worden geretourneerd.
Speciale Disclaimer: Race- en High-Performance Onderdelen
Onze producten (inclusief maar niet beperkt doorgerekend tot FSR-bootmotoren, custom
CNC-propellers, assen en koppelingen) zijn hoogwaardige race-onderdelen ontworpen voor
hobby- en wedstrijdsport. Deze werken onder extreme omstandigheden (hoge toerentallen,
intense hitte en zware belasting).
● TT Racing biedt geen garantie op schade veroorzaakt door onjuiste installatie,
onvoldoende koeling, verkeerde brandstofmengsels, foutieve motorafstelling (tuning) of
crashschade.
● Door aankoop stemt de klant ermee in dat het varen met high-RPM modelboten risico's
met zich meebrengt en dat TT Racing niet aansprakelijk kan worden gesteld voor
lichamelijk letsel, materiële schade of indirecte schade als gevolg van het gebruik of falen
van onze producten.

Toepasselijk Recht
Op alle overeenkomsten is uitsluitend Nederlands recht van toepassing. Eventuele geschillen
zullen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in het arrondissement
Rotterdam/Dordrecht.
